Why no signup?
Most billing tools ask for an email, then start a trial, then ask for a card. If you need one bill today, that is a lot of friction. InvoiceSnap has no accounts at all. You open the page, fill it in, and download a PDF.
Where does my data go?
Nowhere. The details you type, such as client names, addresses, and amounts, are used on your own device to build the preview and the PDF, and are never sent to a server. InvoiceSnap also does not save them in your browser, so if you close or reload the tab, the form starts fresh. Download the PDF before you leave the page, and keep it as your record.
How to make one in about a minute
- Open the generator.
- Enter your business details and the client's.
- Add a line for each product or service, with quantity and price.
- Set a tax rate or discount if you need one, and pick the currency.
- Click Download PDF, then choose "Save as PDF" in the print dialog.
Tips for repeat billing
Since nothing is stored, keep a short text file with your business details and usual payment terms, and paste them in each time. Number your bills in order (001, 002, 003) and keep the PDFs in one folder so you can see what has been paid.
Is it really free?
Yes. Making and downloading PDFs is free and unlimited, with no signup. Free PDFs carry a small “Made with InvoiceSnap” line at the bottom; an optional one-time $6.99 Pro unlock removes it and adds saved templates. There is no subscription.
